All fees and prices are given in GBP (Pounds Sterling) and are subject to change without notice by Katy Murrell.

Some concessionary rates are available for sessions. Please contact Katy for details.

All quoted prices in the Yoga Shop and Online Shop exclude UK and international postage and packaging. Please see the UK & International Delivery section below.

Wholesale purchases of CDs must be made for a minimum order of 10 CDs to qualify for the reduced price each, otherwise additional funds will be requested before sending the order, or the order will be cancelled.

Katy Murrell at 'Mind-Body Maintenance' reserves the right to alter all quoted prices, offers and specifications without notice.

You can pay for goods in Katy's Yoga Shop and Online Shop by UK cheque or UK postal order. Please send a cheque or postal order for the total of your goods plus the relevant postage and packaging cost from the options below:

Alternatively, if you live in the Dorset area you are welcome to arrange to collect your goods directly from Katy during Yoga Classes in Dorchester to save delivery costs.

Non-UK cheques/postal orders CANNOT be accepted.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received by post AND cleared with the bank.

UK & International Delivery
All product orders are usually sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery with Royal Mail for UK and international orders. Please note that your order may therefore need be to signed for and you can track the status of your delivery with Royal Mail if requested.
Gift Vouchers are usually sent by standard 1st class post only.

Katy endeavors to get all orders dispatched within 2-4 days of purchase (for orders placed before 5pm). Katy will inform you by phone or email if the items you order are out of stock for any reason, in which case there will be a delay in delivering the order.

If you would like to be notified when your order is dispatched, track the status of your delivery with Royal Mail, or if you need your order to be sent more urgently for example in time for a birthday, please call Katy on 01305 262253 or email katy@mind-bodymaintenance.co.uk to arrange Special Delivery, or simply include the information in the Special Instructions box when you order through Paypal.

Bookings and Cancellations
Appointments
Please try to give Katy at least 24 hours notice of a cancelled appointment or a fee may be charged.

Yoga Classes
Fees for Yoga Classes are payable a month in advance.

If you are unable to attend one of your pre-booked Yoga classes, you may drop into another class (taken at any time), with no booking and no extra fee necessary.

During the holiday months of July and August, Katy offers 'holiday time' free from the fees if you are away for part of the month. Unfortunately Katy is unable to offer this concession all the year round.

Unfortunately Katy is unable to offer concessions for any Yoga classes missed due to illness, holidays or any other reason except for the 'holiday time' offer during July and August.

Gift Vouchers Redemption
Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and may NOT be refunded.

Gift Vouchers entitle the bearer to receive a free (pre-paid for) treatment/s of their choice from Katy Murrell at 'Mind-Body Maintenance' in Dorchester Dorset UK, for the purchase value of the Gift Voucher/s.

Treatments are available for Seated Acupressure Massage, Shiatsu Massage, Yoga Classes and/or Individual Yoga Sessions. Treatments may be mixed and matched.

Product Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and may NOT be refunded. Refunds are available for up to 14 days after delivery of any other product from Katy's Yoga Shop or Online Shop. Items must be returned in their original state unopened and/or unused with an accompanying explanation of why you are not satisfied and posted to:-

Katy recommends that you get proof of postage in case the item/s are lost in the post. Once the returned item/s have been received in an acceptable condition you will be refunded for the amount you paid for the item/s EXCLUDING postage and packaging.

If you wish to exchange an item please state which item you wish to exchange it for and why. Any remaining overdue payment will be refunded or alternatively an invoice will be sent through Paypal for any additional payment due.

Privacy
The information you provide is solely to enable Katy Murrell to process your enquiry or order and provide a high level of service. The information concerning you will be accurate and up to date and will be held in accordance with the law. If you find any inaccuracies Katy will delete or correct it promptly.

Katy Murrell agrees NOT to pass your details on to any other person or organisation of any kind without your permission or request to do so.
