Based on a 1500 year old Japanese sequence, Seated Acupressure Massage works specifically on stress release points on the neck, shoulders arms, hands and back.

No clothing is removed and the receiver relaxes into a specially designed (ergonomic) chair. The treatment can last for twenty or thirty minutes minutes and leaves the client feeling full of vitality and clarity of thought.

Seated Acupressure Massage is held at the BODY MIND SPIRIT CENTRE in Alington Road Dorchester.

Acupressure @ Work can be given in the office. Katy is also available for Home Visits if required. Katy also runs Workshops which sometimes include Accupressure massage.
